Brief Introduction
This product is suitable for hot flat pressing of cell after winding, which is convenient to enter the case. The winded cell is put on the lower die through pressurization and heating to make the cell shape, so as to achieve the thickness of the cell is consistent and decrease the elasticity of the cell. It also can reduce the short-circuit rate of assemble the cell and ensure the consistency of the finished product thickness of the cell.

● Upper and Lower pressing die temperature can be controlled independently.
● Heating temperature is adjustable from room temperature~250℃ and digital display.
● Pressing pressure can be adjusted.
● The heating pressing die is made of copper, which is with good heat condition.
● It adopt light curtain protection device to ensure safety operation and has an abnormal temperature alarm function.
● Heating press time, temperature and pressure both can be adjusted.
● This machine has two control modes of automatic and semi-automatic. The electrical control can be used for automatic operation, and the manual function can be used for debugging.
